Micronized Natural Calcium Carbonate Powder
| We provide micronized calcium carbonate powder that is been used for manufacturing PVC Compound, master Batches & PVC Pipes.
Properties of our micronised calcium carbonate powder:
• CACO3: 96% min, ( Free from dirt, silica & black grit )
• Silica : 0.2%
• Whiteness :97% on gloss reflectometer.
• Bulk Density :0.65 to 0.95 gms/c.c. Depending upon the Microns size.
• Particle size :d - 97 :- As per customer's requirement up to 5 Microns available. |

Calcite Powder
| We offer natural calcite powder, which is a natural calcium carbonate that are highly pure and free flowing in nature. Calcite powder is offered in various packaging option and are packed in a safe and efficient manner so that it remains effective and pure till the end.
Properties of our calcite powder:
• CaCo3: 95% min, SiO2 : 1.5% max., MgO: 1.5% max.
• Colour: Super snow white (Free from dirt & black grit).
• Particle size: Available from 150 microns to 2 Microns.
• Oil absorption: 18 to 20 (depending upon particle size) Whiteness on gloss reflectometer 96%.
• Bulk density: From 0.65 to 1.2 gms/lt. As per particle size |

Processed / Coated Calcite Powder
| Our coated calcite (Natural calcium carbonate) has a stearic acid coating that makes the hydrophobic surface of the calcium carbonate less hydrophobic. This coating on calcium carbonate improves dispersion of the its particles into the polymer melt.
Properties of coated calcite powder are:
• CaCO3: 95% min, SiO2:- 1.5% max. MgO 1.5% max.
• Colour: Super snow white free from dirt and black grit.
• Bulk density: 0.8 to 1.2 gms/c.c. Depending upon the particle size.
• Oil Absorption:- 18 to 20 gms/100 depending upon particle size.
• Surface treatment: Steric Acid, Calcium Sterate, Titanate and Dyna Silane (any other treatment) require by the customer. Percentage of coating can be increased or decreased as per customer specification. Generally we provide 1% of coating. |
