Research And Development

We are supported by qualified and efficient research and development team, who continuously assist us in the processing of unmatched quality of calcite (Natural Calcium Carbonate).They regularly enhance the technology used in the processing of mineral so as to offer fine grade of mineral to our clients based across the global market. We are fully equipped with following laboratory equipments as under:-

Manufacturing Facility

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is fitted with all the required machineries, to smoothly carry out formulation process and it further helps us to offer qualitative product. For the hassle free processing of the Natural calcium carbonate, we have installed with the following processing equipment:

• Three roller raymond mill plant along with whizzer classifier (Two grinding mills)
• Air Classifier
• Jaw Crusher
•Conveyor belts
• Coating Plant
• Washing Plant
• Ball Mill with Multi wheel classifier for maximum & consistent
fine material output.
These equipment are procured from the reliable source like M/s. International Combustion (India) Ltd. Calcutta. Our processing machineries provide smooth processing process and are handled by competent workforce.

Manufacturing Unit

Our Unit No. 2 has been started @ Amabji, where granules and coarser particle size product are produced and offered to customer as per their requirement & specification.

Packaging & Storage

We give due emphasis on the packaging of the calcite powder for which, we use high quality HDPE/paper bags of 25/50kgs as per customer's requirement. We also offer bulk packing of Jumbo bags of 500kgs/1/1.5 tones as per requirement. We also ensure that packaging is done in good condition where humidity can be monitored and controlled. Our packaging division is well equipped with latest machinery to deliver safe and pure products.

We have capacious warehouse, which facilitates the storage of voluminous stock to meet all kinds of bulk demands of our customers. These mineral shall be stored in covered and isolated warehouses against weathering conditions, with concrete floor,without getting in touch directly with the ground.
Our calcite is stored in segregated and categorized manner with proper labeling. Proper documentation is maintained of all the products, so that the stocks are easily traceable.
