Our Founder - Mr. G.B. Shah

We are directed and guided by Mr. G.B. Shah who has more than 45 years of experience in this field and is committed to meet every specification. After rendering service as senior class officer in the State Department of Geology and Mining, he ventured in private business from 1969 and since then exported 15,000 tones soap stone to Japan in 1969-70. He is the first one to develop import substitute of precipitated silica in India in 1970.

Product Profile

With over 25 years of experience in industrial minerals, we are able to offer fine grade of calcite, which are best in term of chemical & physical analysis. Our gamut of premium quality calcium carbonate chemicals includes micronized calcium carbonate, natural calcium carbonate, natural calcium carbonate powder, calcite powder and coated calcite powder.

Application areas of our products are:

• Micronized Calcium Carbonate – It is mostly used as filler and also has vast uses in plastics, paints and coatings, paper, polymers, rubber, ceramics etc.
• Natural Calcium Carbonate – It is used as fillers in natural and synthetic polymers. Our natural calcium carbonate is also used in rubber & paper industry etc.
• Calcite Powder – Our calcite powder is used in PP master batches, automotive and furniture compounds, LDPE master batches etc.
• Process Calcite Powder - The Coated Calcium Carbonate powder is used in plastic compounds manufacturing to avoid moisture contains.

Raw Material Managment

In order to maintained consistent & good quality end product, we have strong logistics arrangement to transport material from our local mines to our factory. Now we have started to import raw material from Vietnam & Egypt. We are importing raw material (Crude / Lumps) from Vietnam & Egypt and processing material at our factory @ Ahmedabad. Due to import of raw material we are in a position to offer any type of material in any purity and particle size range.
